INTEGRATED GLOBAL MENOSPACE SOLUTIONS CIC

“Seamlessly Bridging Lives: Empowering Reintegration Through Holistic Transitions.”

About us

Integrated Global Menospace Solutions CIC empowers refugees, asylum seekers, women, children (8–11), youth (12–17), and veterans through Transition & Reintegration Programmes.

As the creators of Threads of Connection, we foster storytelling, memory-sharing, and cultural exchange, promoting inclusivity and gratitude. Our Pathways to Preparedness edition helps individuals facing custodial sentences build mental, emotional, and practical resilience while encouraging personal growth and education.

Our women’s health initiative supports refugee women through awareness workshops and age-appropriate education on menstruation and menopause for children and youths.

We champion resilience and mental health wellbeing support through partnerships across the UK.

NATIONAL ALERT: Our volunteer-run menopause support email service is now active!

If you need a compassionate listening ear, emotional support in a culturally inclusive safe space, please reach out.

The email is monitored by Menopause Champion Volunteers during the evenings, from 6 PM to 10 PM (GMT)

Ex-Army-Focused Support Services
